Since 2003 Preservation Chicago has published a yearly list of seven structures that are the most in danger of being torn down.
Each marker will tell you the style of architecture/type of structure, the year of construction, and the designer. A link to Preservation Chicago’s write up for each has been added for further detail.
A ghost white sad face will tell you it’s gone.
